The state's supreme court decided it was unconstitutional to ban gay marriages so today there are gays lined up all over the state as today is the first day to for them to apply for marriage licenses. Iowa is the third state to allow same sex marriages within its borders. This is either a step toward equality or a step toward destruction. I don't really care about gay marriages as long as no one proposes to me. In fact, if it becomes legalized everywhere we would hear a whole lot less about it, and quite frankly, I'm tired of hearing about it.
