Weeding Out The Creeps

We now have a solution for holy child molesters...but Jesus Christ, it is worthless. I applaud the Catholic Church for trying to make things better, regardless that the reason is based on saving huge sums of money on law suits and not for the fact that they are acting immoral. But is this really going to help? "The document, approved by Pope Benedict XVI and made public on Thursday, stresses that the screening must always have the candidate's consent." Does this mean that if your a dirty man that all you have do is not consent to the screening? I don't know but it sure sounds like it. I would like to applaud the Church once again, this time for appearing to give a shit but effectively not doing anything about it!
